city 이름의 끝 자리가 모음으로 끝나지 않은 city를 출력하는 문제이다.
정규식을 이용해야하며, contain duplicates -> 중복 또한 제거해줘야한다.
정답 : select distinct city from station where city regexp '[^aeiou]$'
